The Kanto Works, Hitachi Metals Techno's manufacturing base, has long applied the concept of "market in," that is, accepting orders for and manufacturing products according to customer needs, and ceaselessly strives to put this policy into practice. In each of our three primary business areas, we combine our various proprietary manufacturing technologies and highly reliable facilities with our made-to-order marketing system to realize a highly efficient production system. At the actual manufacturing site, particular attention is paid to the importance of the equipment and facilities, but we also place particular value on the expertise and collaboration of the personnel operating the equipment. It is the accumulated experience and expertise of such personnel in procurement and engineering that enables us to provide optimal solutions.
Our Manufacturing Technologies |
|---|

Access Kanto Works started with the manufacture of aluminum floors for computer rooms. Today, production has expanded to various types of office, clean room, and other floor systems. We use advanced materials and processing technologies to develop products that meet customer needs for strong but light-weight floors.

We employ the technologies and expertise acquired through the manufacture of material handling systems, including manufacturing of the HIRING steel frame through hole reinforcement method, to create new production systems such as HIBASE-Eco exposed fixed column base construction method.

The machinery chains used in all industrial fields are produced using a system that integrates all manufacturing processes from materials to completion. We employ the latest facilities and expertise and continuously strive to achieve innovations in manufacturing technologies so we can provide optimal products with the proper strength, size, precision, weight, corrosion resistance, and so on according to the customer's needs and the product's application.
Quality Assurance and Environmental Preservation |
|---|
Hitachi Metals Techno has acquired ISO 9001 certification for quality and created a quality assurance system based on this. The Quality Assurance Department is developing an integrated structure to ensure the provision of products with stable quality from receiving of components and manufacture to shipment. The Department also gathers information and utilizes it in enhancing product quality to meet customer needs.
