Ductile cast iron (FCD600) was most popular material for waste water sprocket. But recent development and application of stainless steel chain is forcing only sprocket having faster wear and corrosion, thereby replaced due to remarkably longer life of stainless steel chain.
We pursued research and improvement utilizing our long term experience and succeeded to develop wear and corrosion resistance sprocket series with stainless steel material.

One piece type (Saver)
Stainless steel sprocket (SCS2) offers superior corrosion and wear resistance, minimizing wear and corrosion to extend sprocket lifespan.
Use of stainless steel sprocket also realizes synergistic benefits between chains and sprockets, further extending wear life. Use of saver sprocket further reduces wear.

Segmented type

Ring type
Assembled sprocket comes in segmented and ring types.
Segmented type: Tooth tips are of cast stainless steel and bosses are of ductile cast iron.
Ring type: The teeth rings are of stainless steel or plastic and bosses are of ductile cast iron.
Assembled sprocket also helps to achieve similar lifespan extension of stainless chain.
For stainless tip, the boundary between the tooth tip and the boss is treated to prevent electrolytic corrosion.

All Plastic Sprocket
Conventional type sprocket for plastic chain was combination of plastic teeth and cast iron boss, which brought heavier weight and corrosion at boss area.
All plastic assembly type sprocket was developed to solve these problems.
Replaceable Segment Teeth Sprocket |

Replaceable piece tooth sprocket
Replaceable segment teeth sprocket is composed of main body and one piece type of segmented teeth insert bolted to the body. Main body is made of structural steel, and teeth inserts are made of stainless steel or plastic. Segmented teeth inserts can be replaced by only removing bolts.

Drive chain sprocket is available in three types: Unitary, assembly and split types. They can be made from cast stainless steel or ductile cast iron. Assembly type sprocket combines stainless steel teeth tips with ductile cast iron bosses.
